I was in a panic because between home and work I lost my fob. I was stuck! How was I going to get home? I called a few dealerships and either they were closed for the holiday weekend or they couldn’t help unless the car was at the dealership. That didn’t make sense to me, I don’t have a key to get it there so that means I would have to pay another fee to have it towed to the dealership plus the cost of the fob and programming. Yikes!! Rude and unprofessional. There is no warranty when their goods are faulty, apparently, although they may tell you there is as a selling point. The younger (20's) male that answers their phone is very unpleasant and will hang up on you if you question what he says. We should have read their responses to all the 1-star reviews on Google before spending money here. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Great prices. They were able to come to us instead of towing to the dealership & paying more. Even came out on a Sunday. Did a great job programming our Jeep Wrangler WCM & key. Joe is a great tech! Thanks for the work you did. 👍🏻
