Came to the doctor to fill out a simple physical for my 3 year old son. Then they called us back because they needed to draw blood, then they forgot to give us our papers for head start. We asked for them and they told us we couldn't get them yet. Then they called us 40 min later to come back because they forgot to do blood pressure.
I would never take my kids there again.. Dr Douglas needs to start get to know her parents with special needs children before she makes decisions and denying their services without talking to the parents.. but I do miss De la Rosa. She was very understanding . And a great PA

Love Dr. Douglas and all of her staff. My daughter has always been seen by Dr. Douglas at all of her check ups. Dr. Douglas takes her time and always answers all of my questions. When the Dr. is going to be out I always get a curtesy call to reschedule or I always have the option to see the Nurse Practitioner or PA. The night clinic is awesome and we have never waited longer than 30 min.
Everyone is so pleasant and nice. From the PA to NP to DR to all the staff. At times I'm seen quickly and at times I wait a while but never more than an hour in and out. When I do have to wait longer I don't mind because of their excellent care. They have been wonderful to me and my Triplets. Always accommodating when I need same day appointment.
