Love it . great customer service. Awesome in general.
Disappointed with the level of care in this office. I felt that concerns I had about my baby were not taken seriously since the beginning when I brought them up. The last straw that made me switch clinics was when my 5 year old boy was suffering and crying from excruciating pain from an ear infection and it took us 3 hours just to get in a room, while all the walk-ins after us got a room before we did...not very compassionate.
Best Pediatrician and NP in McAllen!!! Dr Douglas has been our pediatrician of choice for 15yrs now and going strong!! Love all her assistants also!!!
Dr Douglas is a great pediatrician...she listens to you and takes her time.. she really makes you feel at home..Karla and George both medical assistants there are really helpful friendly professional and actually care for the patients...
