My Mom, Gwyndola Gray, entered Advanced Hospice care 1 1/2 years ago. Our first contact was Caroline, who was wonderful and walked us through the process. We were then assigned Heather as our case manager/RN. Heather and Mom bonded right away. When Philip was assigned to us, Mom became very attached to him.
