Drew, Bob & Don were exceptionally professional and true to their word. Timely, friendly, clean, efficient and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure we fully understood the system. Our new Trane AC feels even more amazing because we added the 'Cleaneffects' air filtration system. What a great experience with our local Advanced Heating and Cooling company! My 30 year heating and cooling system failed in the hot humid days and with the help of Greg, Drew, Don and Bob I am enjoying the coolness of my wonderful new system! Today is the first day in all these year that I have been able to vacuum my floors without sweating. This is the second time I've used this company in 5 years or so and both times I've been very pleased! This time I set up an appointment online and got a call at 7:30 a.m. the following morning for confirmation which really impressed me! Advanced Heating and Cooling got my family through what could have been a bad situation without their help. We had a 30-year-old gas furnace that broke down this past winter. The staff at Advanced installed a new furnace within two days, and let us borrow portable electric heaters in the meantime. Before during and after the replacement of my furnace I received communication of what my options were and what to expect along with any need to know aspects of my new furnace and thermostat.
