RecommendedJosh came out to do a service call on our new unit, didn’t seem to be heating very well, and made a few adjustments to the heat strip settings. We had a new heat pump unit installed back in December and were unfamiliar with exactly how it operates, and he came out the same day to get us warmed up! Great local business with fantastic team members.
Josh is very friendly and does a great job! I love the fact that I don’t have to wait a couple of days for a repair man. They get to you ASAP.
Very professional and knowledgeable about our system heating and air (dual climate control with baffles) that no one else seem to be able to figure out. He even made sure the rest of the furnace was up to code and working properly and checked that all the baffels opened and closed as they should. Came out that day found the problem (switch on the mother board burned out) took pictures of it so I could see the problem explained in clear detail the fix and the price. Good group of people! Our system took a nose dive and they had someone out that same morning to take a look at it. Our dude was super knowledgeable and not only did he do a full walkthrough of everything, but explained the situation in jargon-free terms and made the next steps pretty clear. It wasn’t until our sales person Ricky came by that we found out that our “technician” was actually the owner of the company.
