Advanced family eyecare center has the nicest people working there. Rebecca helped my kids find the perfect glasses. She made my kids feel really comfortable and answered all their questions!! And the prices and selection were far better than anywhere else!!
Their unwillingness to even acknowledge that they could have possibly caused the damage to the AR coating on my glasses (let alone offer any solution) left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. They claim that only heat could have caused the damage and stated that they hadn't applied any heat. Stress from improper lens removal can also cause the AR to crack or craze. Either way, I went in with lenses that did not have crazing and I left with lenses that did.
Great place and the staff is fabulous, very personable to my needs!!!
