The staff here is so amazing, it's kind of a bummer that I only get to see them a couple times a year!!! I have a hectic work schedule at times, and Rebecca just took it upon herself to drop by and personally deliver my contacts to me!! If that's not amazing customer service I don't know what is!!
I have gone here for years, and am extremely pleased with my doctor, the staff, and the quality of glasses that I get from here. They are always spot on to my prescription. I can’t recommend them enough!
Very friendly staff. I came in as a walk in with no appointment and they spent 45 mins working to get my glasses just right. I won’t go anywhere else!
I wish I could give Rebecca 10 stars! My 13 year old has decided he wants contacts. We came in a few times to learn how to insert and he just wasn’t getting them in. Rebecca decided to teach him. She had him so close! But his eyes were too irritated to continue. She told him that she would come in on her day off just to work with him. It worked! He was able to insert on his own. She went above and beyond for my son. Thanks Rebecca!
Reasonably priced, good service. Recently had a problem with my lens after 5 months took them explained the problem they helped with a solution with no hesitation, great people thank you!
Great experience! Reasonable prices. My 10 year old got an exam, glasses & contacts. Very friendly & patient with the contact lessons. Rebecca & Cindy were super kind & we will definitely keep going back. Thanks again!
