I have been very happy with the Dr. and all the staff up until about 2 months ago. I am NOW very unhappy with the response they gave me with my current glasses. My glasses have cracked along the edges of my frames. The owner told me it was my fault and was going to do nothing for me....my glasses were not even 6 mo. old. She told me I sat on my glasses, throw glasses into my purse unprotected, they received a blow to the top of the glasses. Hum, I did none of these things. Now the lens fell out. Better job , better quality and way better customer service at almost 1/2 the price i was paying elsewhere !
