I have been coming to this location for 17 years. I have spent thousands of dollars. My most recent visit, had a price tag of estimated $70,000. I definitely needed to work on pulling those funds together. I decided to get a personal loan and when I went back to this location to get a copy of the work estimate, nobody knew me. At all. There were no records from my last visit which included seeing the surgeons, just nothing. But yet my insurance was billed. Just wondering how is that happening ?
RecommendedDr Ann Mazzotti is by far one the most knowledgeable and kind hearted dentist I’ve ever met. It’s because of her and her talents I will get to smile with a big bright white smile for the first time since I was a child today. We did round one today of fixing my front 6 teeth. This was such a horrible experience. First, patients are asked to sign a form discussing all the risks we are taking coming in for COVID and extra fees while waiting outside. Next, they take us into the room when you are ready to take care of us. We waited for over 20 minutes to be seen in a room that's open into another room. I ask a nurse what's going on. She asks Maria why she hasn't taken care of us and She tells her she's busy. Finally some one comes, Paige, and helps treat both of my kids. The extra $10 is not worth it... read more
