I have hard to fit eyes! They do not stand behind their work! They have ripped me off of four pair and refuse refunds stating you are lying because glasses are right! Why would anyone lie about glasses being wrong? Also dr roddy wants me to lie about symptoms to get cataracts surgery all so she didn’t have to get me glasses! Never go there!!! I am out at least 3200 and wearing glasses five years old!

I always feel every attention is given to explain the details of my eye health. I feel comfortable and feel free to ask questions. I appreciate the consistency and friendliness of the staff and Dr. Roddy.
I have very bad astigmatism. When no one could seem to help me, Dr. Roddy did. She has worked with me for several years & I couldn’t be happier.
I just took my son here and the whole staff is great! We loved the new Pediatric Eye Doctor, she did great with my son!
I have been a patron since 2013. I love unique frames and have had over 20 frames done by Dr. Roddy's office. However, one frame was damaged after they put new lenses in. I was told that maybe there was a crack and Dr. Roddy would not replace the frame. $400.00 for lenses gone! I would beware especially if you don't want to waste your money on frames that may break when you go to put them on. I guess losing great customers doesn't matter. I plan to take my business elsewhere because great service is what matters.
Dr and all care givers were very nice
They not only take great care of you in the present. They also do an awesome job in keeping you informed in preparation for the future. Very excellent and professional atmosphere but they make you feel safe and at home. I can tell this is very intentional!!!
