I first visited Dr. Ghiasi’s office on August 28, 2025, after being told that I needed cataract surgery on my left eye. Before leaving the office that day, I was scheduled for surgery in December 2025 and was given a list of requirements that had to be completed before the procedure. One star is too generous for this lady. I wouldn’t even call her a doctor when she clearly doesn’t care about her patients and seems to do this job only for the money, adding unnecessary charges to bill the insurance.
My mom went this month for the the first Time for an exam at Dr. Ghiasi’s office and was very friendly Dr. Ghiasi was extremely concerned about her dry eyes and told her that she needs to use a dry face mask and some other things that she gave and told her that she needs to come back in 2 months for a follow-up appointment
Dr Zahra Ghiasi is truly exceptional. My mom needed eye surgery and was extremely anxious and scared. Dr Ghiasi not only provided incredible comfort but also showed genuine care. She even called me later that day to check on my mom’s well-being. Dr Ghiasi went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be more grateful. I highly recommend her for anyone in need of an outstanding, compassionate doctor.
This ophthalmologist is not good at all and does not spend enough time for the patient to ask their questions. She doesn't perform complete eye examinations, and when you mention that a thorough eye exam wasn't done, she just tells you to make another appointment. It seems she wants to charge multiple times for consultations and examinations. She is also very rude and disrespectful to patients. I do not recommend her; I have changed my ophthalmologist.
