From the moment you walk through the door you are treated like family. The staff is so cheerful and positive. My Dental Tech was so kind and helpful. Dr. Crouch was thorough in his exam and answered all my questions. Though very busy, he did not rush my time with him and explained every step that would be required to repair my teeth. Their reputation is well-deserved. I will be a life long patient and let others know about my great experience at Advanced Smile Care.
Sabrina is my dental hygenist. She's professionally and personally competent. She asks good questions and pays attention to my answers. I really like that she hears and responds to me and my needs. She has apt suggestions for my dental routine that fit my lifestyle. She's a keeper.
The treatment and care is always 100%. The support staff is great. Trudy is the best. She is always happy to see me and always listens to me. Also she tells everything I need to keep my teeth healthy between visits. You cant ask for anything more than that. I will always come to Advance Smile.
Today' experience tells me that this Dental office cares enough to encourage oral health and cares about the public to whom they serve.I was please to find sincere and empathetic individuals who not only promote what they do,but have walked in some of our shoes regarding their own oral health.They are a professional group and I'm glad I'm getting my teeth fixed here.You can also talk o someone about financing..they are here to help any way they can.
I am amazed by everyone's attention to detail, excitement for helping their clients and AWESOME customer service!! I will refer everyone I know! They greet u by name when you walk in... They get to know you personally and the actual Dr. comes in and speaks to you as well. (DR. Kbouti is extremely down to earth!) so glad I found my new dental family. :)
I had my teeth cleaned and, as always, Trudie was great! I had a good report and also saw Dr. Crouch for oral exam. I am a dedicated patient of Advanced Smile Care. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

Sabrina made a great suggestion that I change chewing gum that I use to stay awake while reading ad night. She suggested that I search Amazon for an organic chewing gum sans Aspartame and Xylitol. I did my search and found an organic chewing gum. I am very pleased with the suggestion. Great team!
