This team of doctors are the best in the business and CARE about the patient unlike I've seen in a dentist filled environment. Can't recommend them enough.
ASC goes above & beyond to make you feel welcomed & as comfortable as can be, considering you're at the dentist. i've tried a number of different dentists listed on my dental plan, but none have provided the consistently kind & sensitive attention that i've received at ASC. it is also great not having to hop around town to other specialists. and oh, the fresh, warm cookies handed to you just before you walk out the door... more smiles!!!!
From the night before my visit I felt spexial. Doctor Trevino called to welcome me. During my first steps in the office door the staff provided the best customer service I've seen from any company. The atmosphere of the entire visit was so awesome and I would refer everyone to feel what I felt during my dentist visit. A+ rating from me
That is how I describe Advanced Smile Care. I came to them a number of years ago (more than 10). I had a long history of dental neglect. I didn't like dentists and did all I could to avoid them. Dr. Crouch started by putting me at ease. Explained what was needed, how it would be accomplished and the end result. He put me at ease. That has been my experience with all the staff at Advanced Smile Care. They make certain you know what is being done and why. More important, they show they care.
My first visit to ASC was today and as soon as I walked through the door the staff welcomed me with seemingly open arms. Everyone was very nice and helpful with the initial paperwork that needed to be done. I was given a tour of the office before seeing Heather. She was great with the X-rays and photos, and had a great attitude. Was seen by Dr. Vaughn and she was also great and explained everything that would be done and was also super nice and courteous.
