This is the best office. Betsy was very helpful when I walked in she stood up and greeted me welcome me to the office then directed me to the computer where I had to fill out my forms. Was amazed that I just didn't get a clip board handed to me. It was so quick and easy. Roxy took me right back for my appointment didn't have to wait at all. She asked if I wanted to something from their menu and gave me a pillow to make me feel comfortable. Patricia my hygienist was great. My teeth feel so clean! I have the best team working on my teeth! Ms. Trudy is my hygienist, and I'd really rather not have anyone else but her. I let everyone know the first day that it had been awhile since my last dental visit anywhere, and she worked with that, and made everything go much smoother. It made such a difference that day I had to call her up to the front as I was leaving so I could give her a hug. Having a good relationship with me like this makes my visits more enjoyable than ever. I hated getting my teeth cleaned and I love everyone at Advanced Smile Care. I drive all the way in from Austin just to see Dr. Kboudi and his team. They're warm, open, friendly, and informative. I no longer hate going to the dentist!
I am extremely proud of my dental office, Advanced Smile Care. Everyone is extremely nice and I have always been treated like family. I have had procedures done that weren't painful as I had heard from friends and family. I strongly recommend this place to anyone.
As someone with severe anxiety related to teeth, Dr Trevino was amazing. She called me personally, asking and listening when I told her my experience, making sure that she could do everything needed while I was there. She had me get the first appointment at 7am. I had to be sedated, which is why I was looking to find someone understanding. They were. The office staff were so kind and not fake. I hope my teeth heal as well as they treated me!
