My dental hygienist was very personable and gentle with the cleaning. This is very important to me because I have anxiety with dental procedures.
I am pretty freaked out when it comes to the dentist..but i felt very calm and collected during my visit.
It seems I am asked or I am given the menu for what I need to make my visit comfortable (which is above and beyond - thank you). When I tell the person in the front or check off the menu for glasses I still need to ask for them when I get to the back. It is really no big deal but what is the point of asking what I need and me telling the person working at the front counter or checking off the menu for glasses when I still need to ask for them.
