Best dentist that I every had.
# 3 above was explained to me, but my family and I do not agree that we should pay the full amount up front. Other members of my family go to other dentist and are not required to pay their full bill up front. Also, my husband tells me that not getting a complete breakdown of the bill you will be sending our insurance company is unacceptable.
Since starting at Advance Smile Care in 2004, Dr. Crouch re-attached a crown that had come out, and as I told him then, after all of these years this was the 1st time I had met him, see him frequently, but never have met
