Maybe you're too pushy with the assorted dental products, the $15 toothpaste, the mouthwash, electric toothbrush, etc. But I like your staff and general atmosphere, I don't have any real complaints at all.

Beginning with your receptionist (don't know if this is her title) was extremely receptive. She gave me tour or your place and offered drinks, etc. Sorry about names, but the girl who was with Dr. K was also very nice and made me feel comfortable. Dr. K was informative and gave me a thourough consultation and x-ray info. When I left the account representative was also very nice and offered cookies and had good conversation with her. Looking forward in establishing a dental relationship.

The customer service was exceptional!!! Everyone from the receptionist, the dental assistant and the doctor treated me with a smile, respect, sincerity and professionalism. This was my first time being in their office, i felt very comfortable and well received. :)

My appointment was fantastic - well, as good as a 3-hour dentist appointment can go. They gave me a really soft blanket, headphones with the music of my choice and sunglasses. Everyone was extremely friendly, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Hands down the best dentist I've ever been to!

I have been trying to schedule completion of my drntsl work but no one clls me back. this was not like this when I first started going there. I stood around trying to schedule an appointment and was given the wrong date. I could not wait anymore. 3 days later i found an email in my junk email with an appointment date. I never received a call. I have a business to run and scheduled something with a client. I am very responsive to my customer's needs. Personal contact is essential. Customer service is everything. My first visit was great, the staff where friendly and the the doctor great. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a dentist who cares about your well being.

The television in the waiting room was set to run the same photos over and over again. It would be nice to have an option to watch normal channels.

I was quite nervous and in pain at my first appointment. From the receptionist to the dental assistant who took me to the exam room for the life of me I cannot remember their name but they were really helpful and quite pleasant. I do remember the doctors name her name is Dr. Vaughn and she was also helpful in making my overall experience relaxing and comfortable.
