Only one comment. If possible, curtail the amount of email reminders of appointments. A phone call even if left as a voice mail will suffice.

having been a previous patient, I'm so glad I returned. I met new staff and a new dentist, Dr. A. Cavazos. He and his staff explained everything to me in a professional manner. Feeling anxious about having oral care, I was pleasantly placed at ease:) Thank you for caring! SV

From the first step into the office to meeting Betsey and then receiving the scoop about the office, the staff, and the exam....it was very relaxed and calming. It felt like old home week and like talking to my friends. Jennifer was excellent and I appreciate Dr. Kboudi's direct and caring approach.

Yesterday 7/10/2015 I went and had an extraction done at Advanced Smile Care come to find out two extractions had to be done. But, I felt so good, no pain during the process. The pain was worst before I couldn't even drink nor eat comfortably. When I arrived I kept saying I wanted it out, final the big, important moment arrived, extracting the tooth. Not one, but two. I was very pleased with the care, consideration of concerns, thoughtfulness, courtesy and friendliness given from the time I stepped in the door to the time I left. Professionalism and thorough treatment was given. I would recommend Advanced Smile Care to others.

I am irrationaly terrified of the dentist and everyone here (from front office to dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists) does a great job of making me feel safe and not silly for being scared. They are very in tune with their customers needs and feelings and strive to make it as positive of an experience as possible. I can't say enough good things about them! I would highly recommend them to everyone, but especially those who have a hard time with going to the dentist.

I was mostly in disbelief when the Hygienist said they could fill the cavity she showed me on the TV screen in 15 minutes. It did take another 10 minutes befoe they started it, but no pain, no discomfort, and less than 30 minutes total -- it was the easiest filling ever -- and looks great too. You guys are at the top of the heap in my opinion.

As a new patient I was very apprehensive but was quickly put at ease by the friendly and helpful staff. Everybody was extremely efficient but not pushy or rushed. So happy I found this office. I would highly recommend them for everybody.
