I enjoy myself here - it"s a real that wonder I don't always get here twice a year like I'm suppose to. Besides enjoying the staff, I have come to trust not just their competence, but also their integrity: They always answer my questions fully, and at least twice have steered me away from expensive and/or invasive procedures I really was better off not having. They always go the extra mile to see to your comfort and preferences.
Showed up 7:15am and the office was already a buzz. I was welcomed very pleasantly (Betsy) and accommodated quickly (the staff was 5 stars). Walked away really satisfied with my decision to come here as this was my first visit with them.
I had a toothache from a broken molar from 3 years ago. I couldn't be able to sleep one night and went to Advanced Smile care in the morning to do extraction. They did take care of me, gave me a treatment in the same day. I still have a bit pain from the extraction and my chick swallow, but I feel a lot better and able to sleep well. They gave me some medication with very clear instruction, and make sure I am doing okay after the treatment. The doctor even called me to make sure I was doing okay. I needed an extraction done and I definitely wanted some sedation with that. I was able to have consultation and extraction all on the same day. Couldn't have gone smoother and the staff made me feel like royalty!
Sabrina done a great job working on my teeth and patience with it! I tend to cring when it comes to visit the dentist but this time she made it all easy for me. Thanks!
First time in a dentist chair in 30 years. So they know there is a lot of work do be done, and i'm confident that the Doctors ans staff are well qualifed to help me out
The new offices are roomy and very modern. Everyone I had contact with from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist were professional yet very friendly. The cookies at the end of the visit were yummy as usual!
Great service(as usual) I had a cleaning scheduled, but also had a meeting and they took me in early, did the cleaning and I got to my meeting on time.
