Never saw a physician, never spoke to a physician, never discussed biopsy results with a physician. I was seen by PA-C Roger Bellamy. He performed a scalp biopsy that resulted in a lot of post-op bleeding. No follow-up call with lab results from the office. When I went in to have sutures checked, still no lab results and no future appointment(s) or treatment recommended. The front desk staff is very curt and even rude at times. Doctors do not give test results, that is done by a nurse. So if you have further questions about your results, you are out of luck. I had to ask the nurse the questions I had, and she was supposed to get back to me once she spoke with the doc. I didn't heard back for two weeks. Once I did hear back, she still did not answer all the questions I had. Will never go there again, and would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Arrived for my appt. Signed in and asked if there was any paper work I need to fill out. Was told by the front office assistant " hold on. I will call you up when I have time". Waited 25 mins just to get the paperwork. 30 mins after my schduled appt I was seen by a woman named "Donna" I don't think she was even a PA, took one look at a mole that was changing and said "oh that's nothing". I WAS THERE FOR A FULL SKIN CANCER SCREENING.now I neex to go somewhere else for a "real" screening!

Had an awesome experience they were professional and very nice staff! I saw roger Bellamy a PA of the office and he was so caring and attentive ... I loved this office and I definently recommend it to my friends and family !

I was also a new patient who made an appt for 9:00 and wasn't seen until 9:55. When I made my appt I though I would be seeing a Dermatologist and instead saw a PA which no one told me I would be seeing. With my insurance, I can go to any office and if I had been told I would be seeing a PA I would have kept looking for another Dermatologist. Chris the office manager is not very professional. I called to be a new patient and rang them at 9:00 am. The answering service answered and I decided to call back ten minutes later. The phone rang and rang. The next time I called, ladies were talking in the background and picked up the phone and hung it up. The next time I called, they didn't answer for several attempts. Poor, poor lack of care.
