My son had his regular appointment yesterday. One bracket was loose so they put it back on and sent him out. I went back to see why nothing else was done and she said oh he can sit back down. We were both very uncomfortable and felt like we were keeping them late. We arrived at 6:15 for a 6:20 appointment.

You have always made me feel very comfortable. That's saying a lot because I'm terrified of dentists! That said, I am aggravated because I don't understand why we can't get my bite comfortable. I know it's been at least 5 years now since we started. 2014 will be 6 years & Im not seeing an end in sight unless I settle & it's just not comfortable yet. I usually see you twice per year and, due to some recent problems (now corrected), I understand the need to see you every 3 months but hopefully this will not be necessary much longer. I am retired, on a fixed income and have no dental insurance so coming 4/more times per year is getting too costly BUT...I want to make sure my remaining teeth remain in my head.

Dr. Ohmes, Sandy, Diane are the best! I would highly recommend Advanced Dentistry to family & friends! Everyone is professional & they go above and beyond to provide quality care. I had a problem crown since 2005 & previous dentist over the years have never gotten the proper crown/fitting & seating right. I just gave up on believing anyone would ever get it right. I really like & trust Dr. Ohmes & have been a patient for a very long time. My last visit I had to wait almost an hour. No one even greeted me until I had been there for more than 40 minutes. This was the first of 2 appts to ensure my temporary new crowns & new bite fit correctly, looked good & were ready for my permanent crowns to be ordered.
