I enjoyed meeting April. Very friendly and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I also appreciate Dr.Ohmes taking time to ask if I had any questions after his exam. Great office..
I realized when I got home that the hygienist only gave me half the amount of bleach I usually get. Another thing that is most annoying is that when calling the office, a receptionist never answers. It is always a recording and someone may or may not return the call.
I met April for the first time, she was very professional, gentle, caring and personable.
April is a FANTASTIC addition to the team. I had consideried going elsewhere because of Kim. Also, do NOT recite my medical history or current medications outloud because I do not want everyone in the office to hear them. HIPAA. The doctor can read.
Everything was first class as usual.
I met Dr. Patel for the first time. I think she did a very nice job pulling my tooth.
Upon arrival it's a bit confusing.
I was very disappointed in the dental hygiene evaluation, cleaning. Seems to be a lack of experience, lack of confidence(?) did not revceive a proper cleaning.
