Wouldn't go anywhere else!
Very impressed with the whole office. Seldom ever waited more than just a few minutes. Always feel like everyone goes above and beyond and it's always so personal. Everyone always seems to remember me. (I thk that's a good thg) Would refer to your office without hesitation!
My appointment was behind by 30 mins. I had to cancel a meeting at work since I had to wait. Other than that the appointment was great.
I thought atempting pushing of braces was a little much. I have been coming to this office for several years & this was totally not necessary. I sure hope your other patients realize this is not the way the office usually works. If something is needed for dental health that is one thing but just because someone thinks you should have braces after all these years is a little much.
I met your new employees, was greeted well & service was excellent.
I had made my appt with Dr Ohmes, the only Dr I have seen before at this practice,and was told I would be seeing another dentist on this visit. I was not happy with not being notified of change and did get to see Dr Ohmes because of my objection. If a dental change is going to made patient should be notified before appt so that we can proceed or cancel appt as we wish. Took full dental x-Ray but did not get results at visit
I was probably the first appointment of the day (7AM) and no one come into the lobby for 10 minutes - the Ipad was not on so I wasn't able to sign in. Sometimes people just like to be acknowledged that they are there and waiting when they first arrive.
all the staff there were very good
When I called in (a couple of times) I talked with Lauren, she was very nice could tell she took her job to heart.
