My hygenist taught me a bunch of things I didn't know- about whitening, and how to minimize the tenderness that I experience. She was great. Sorry I can't remember her name.

This particular visit was not as good as in the past. I was greeted quickly and my cleaning did not take long. I did not, however, appreciate the language used by the hygenist. I did not feel comfortable letting her know that I did not appreciate it, but I felt as if it was unprofessional. I usually have the same hygenist and had to switch my appointment so this could possibly be the reason for a different hygenist. connie at the frount deskwas cold, unwelcoming and downright rude. I am a long term patient and she has never really made me feel welcome, but this visit was worse. Everyone else is wonderful, but she is unwelcoming. She wanted my name so she could look up my records so I told her. she had to call another office to inquire about insurance and she mispronounced my name I just told her with a rude, condescending tone. She sighed with annoyance when I would ask her questions...terrible

I have told as many people as I can about Advanced Dental. I think you have amazing customer service, great office staff and Kristin is absolutely phenomenal as a hygenist. You all are doing something RIGHT! Keep it up!
