Connie was very friendly over the phone & very helpful setting up appt times that worked for me. Ann was wonderful! She was very thorough and explained each procedure & the reason for it. My first appt went very well. Dr. Williams and the staff were very friendly and professional.
I have been very impressed with your services during both of my recent visits. Connie Joe (my hygenist) was very helpfull, she explained everything that she was doing and gave me tips to keep my teeth healthy between visits. Eveyone that I came across in the office was very nice!

The front office staff advised me that the hygienist would be late arriving in the office; the hygienist was supposedly arriving within a few minutes after my scheduled time slot; the option to reschedule the appointment should have been made available. My appointment was early in the morning, with a subsequent reporting to my office for work. There is a compliment to be given: I was given Starbuck’s gift card since services were not performed as scheduled.

as usual, you are the best dental team I have ever been to. You have helped me feel comfortable. The girl who cleaned my teeth was very patient with me, as I had to sit up several times from feeling dizzy. As expected, you have wonderful, caring staff.
