I had heard that Dr. Mitchell had left, and I was very happy that Stephanie did not leave with her. She is really an asset to your office. I have good teeth so had very little interaction with the doctor. But I am loyal to my hygenist and Stephanie does a super job. When I come in it's like visiting with a friend, and she always remembers that I hate the taste of the tooth polish. You probably already know, but I want to make sure your aware of the great work she has done for me. Thanks Stephanie!
I use to recommend people to your office. See my referral log. I will not be doing after my cleaning yesterday. The hygienist was kind of stand offish. I did not catch her name because when she introduce herself she was turning away to start working. Then she asked if I want to be communicated to through email. I said “I don’t care.” Awkward silence! Hygienist response “well if don’t care I need you email address”. The dentist introduces himself behind me. I may have not notice that if I had a more welcoming cleaning.
I truly appreciated getting to be seen 45 minutes after I talked to Connie and explained my situation.
What a wonderful and extremely professional group of individuals. Could not ask for anything more.
Connie was very nice and gentle.
I prefer to have my teeth cleaned right away rather than learning about a different way to floss. If that had happened I believe I would have been finished when Dr.Holcombe was ready to check my teeth.Ifelt I had no time with him.
Personally, I would like Fri morning cleanings to be an option again. Thank you for taking me Friday, Stephanie. You're the best!
I was in for routine cleaning with no problems, but would have been nice to have the Dentist take a look.
Loved everyone. I remembered Connie and met Pam for the first time. Great staff which in this day and time is a great thing to have. Thumbs up :-)
