My car was hit in a parking lot and needed to be fixed. We went for an estimate and they said it would take, and I quote, “a full week.” We did not use insurance and paid out of pocket. When we dropped our car off, they told us the expected date was actually 2 weeks and the front office lady was quite rude. That should have been a sign. 8 days after dropping it off, I got an email from “Brent” saying when they attempted to fix the body, some parts popped off as well and would cost an additional $1100 to fix. Excellent communication and friendly service. The work was top-notch. They repaired a huge scrape and dent on my brand-new truck, and it looks like it never happened.
I must honestly say Ms. Debbie was awesome with keeping me updated on my vehicle . It took longer than expected but insurance played a huge part in that. My husband found an impecfection and the nice guy took my van back around to the shop.
