RecommendedDay 1 of aqua therapy was amazing. The ability to actually move my body under water without pain is God send. Thank you Ashley for giving me hope to better health and hopefully no surgery.
How much is cow-pays for physical therapy and water therapy because I used all my free 20 visit with bluecross BlueShield of western New York. I don’t know if Medicaid covers it because I have second insurance through Medicaid.
Had two "graduate type students" work on my knee one afternoon did not know what they were doing actually hurt knee more so, appointment was late in afternoon and overseer Dr PT may have spent 7 minutes with students and myself, completely unacceptable; unprofessional. Mentioned problem with office manager and she said its like getting a bad haircut sometimes you just run into a bad barber?? Good staff knowledgeable. They let use the machines
My review would be a five star review but they don't shovel their sidewalk when it snows which is super inconsiderate for their patients and the neighborhood.
The staff is truly amazing at Advanced Care. They are kind, extremely knowledgeable, and will help you in any way they can.
Great people there! Caring and friendly!
The Aqua therapy is a God send, it's the first time i've ever come out of physical therapy feeling better than when i went in!!!
