I used to love this office and I used to feel comfortable being his patient, the last several times I’ve been in the office I haven’t had a polite staff member at all. The last time I was in there for a monitor device the reception refused to speak to me and wouldn’t even open the window. Another staff member walked over and said “help you?” When I told them I was there to receive a monitor (there wasn’t a place to check on the check-in sheet) they said “just have a seat” and slammed the window in my face. I have been seeing Dr. Mathew for 5 years. He is a wonderful physician. He always has time to answer any questions you may have. And he has a wonderful staff. They are always so nice and friendly. I recommend Advanced Cardiology of Owensboro and Dr. Roshan Mathew to everyone who is in need of a cardiologist.
I can’t say, how impressed I am with Dr. Mathew and his wonderful staff. I feel like family when I come in. I see Dr. Mathew or Richard every 6 months, and they are so caring and considerate.
