I purchased two fat freezing sessions through Groupon, but my experience has been disappointing. It was extremely difficult to get in touch with the business to schedule my appointments. I just noticed that my second session has expired, and I never received any follow-up or reminders. This lack of communication and support has left me frustrated, and I expected better customer service.
