I currently have contracts with ME Flow for two homes. On Sunday, Jan 16, 2022 I called for emergency service, which is part my contract. I had to shut my heat off. Due to icy conditions they stated that they had to pull all of their drivers off the road, but that they would come first thing Monday. As of Tuesday late afternoon I still had no response. Chris is THE BEST plumber! He was kind, knowledgeable and incredibly professional. I was shopping around for a new plumber and I definitely found a great one. During the 03 January 2022 snow storm, my boiler went into lockout. Alex came out before our neighborhood streets had been completely plowed and got my boiler operating properly, making the house much more comfortable! He was very knowledgeable, cheerful and professional. I really appreciate his patience, attention to detail, and getting my baseboard heat back on!

The plumber, Ulises, helpfully explained what he was doing and why in working on our bathroom faucets and shower. After snaking our kitchen drain he suggested several options for dealing with the likely future recurrence of the problem. And he cleaned up the service areas thoroughly when he was done. The work was competitively priced & completed on time.

The guys that came to my house were young professionals that were knowledgeable and meticulous. I truly hope that the work they did will last for a lengthy time, but I am concerned that the age of the pipes that come from the street where the septic tank is located to the main drain in our laundry room is probably on “borrowed time.” I say this due to the fact that even though these pipes were replaced once since the house was built.
