Went to redeem $10 coupon that was sent to me by their email and was told it was expired even though it had an expiration date in September. Instead of helping me out, the associate wanted me to download the app that I've never used before. So much for customer service. I'll be taking my business somewhere else
Ron Ruiz...you guys got yourself a real gem! I had recently given up hope on company status' i.e. gold, platinum etc. As a manager myself, customer service these days is almost obsolete. Upon trying to make an exchange last week, the cashier Yahir asked Ron for his approval. In most situations it would of been denied.
