I was having the worst day with my car dying on me and someone told me to head over to the Advanced Auto Parts on east colonial. BEST decision I made that day. Alex at the front knew everything about what was going on with my vehicle and helped me tremendously. He was patient, he was kind, we even had a really good conversation that I’ll never forget, while he fixed the issue with my car. RUN ♀️ RUN RUN ♂️ !!! TO AUTOZONE!! Especially if need A battery. I purchased a battery with a 3 year warranty. First they said I have to take my battery to the original store i purchased it because the system isn’t connected to others stores.WHAT! Then sad I can’t return it ..because I already returned it once. BAD BUSINESS!!!!! Just bought a new from Auto Zone !!!
Stopped by to see if they could check my battery and some other lights that came on my dashboard and without any hesitation I was helped by Yael and Anthony. They even went out of their way to jump my car up again after getting stuck on the road right outside their shop. In a time when customer service and attention to detail is in low supply rhese two young men exemplified great work erhic and a can-do attitude. I appreciate all the their help.
LIFESAVERS! Keondra custom fit a heater hose for me and my family, so we could get home safe. He got my young kids off the side of the road and home safe. My good man i can't thank you enough!!
