We had a great experience and received excellent customer service from Mary P. She has been working there for over 20 years, and her attention to detail and patience were extraordinary. She helped us replace our car battery and did an amazing job! Thank you Mary P, for your outstanding service.
I had a low tire and really had to get home, and Mary helped me check my tires and then also took the time to use her personal tire pump that she had in her car to give me a top up before my drive home. Great experience, Mary is wonderful
Herbie went further than above and beyond to help me pick out the right engine oil and transmission fluid. He also taught me how to add both and walked me through the process of checking the oil level. To top it off, when he noticed a piece of the plastic cover that caused the issues I had, he got down on the floor with me to zip tie it back to the car. Thank you Herbie !
