I went in the store in the middle of October to buy some windshield wipers. I was immediately greeted by a very nice woman with an island accent. She greeted me then asked how she could help. She immediately made sure i knew which side to get for my Tacoma and then went around the corner to assist me in deciding which product. She then brought them to the counter. Lamentablemente no puedo darle 0 estrella a este negocio... Hice una compra por Internet de una oferta publicada por este negocio y cuando iba a recogerla me mandaron un correo diciendo que mi pedido fue cancelado. Me parece una falta de respeto al cliente. Nunca volvería a comprar y mucho menos recomendar este negocio.
I use this advance a lot. It’s closest to my home. Every time I go there service is A+….. but today the exceeded expectations. Eve is above and beyond. She was there with the store open at 7:30 and helped me with the purchase of my battery. She let me borrow tools and I got it done. My car died a block away at Starbucks parking lot. Her kindness too a lot of sting off of spending an unexpected 300!!! Thanks Eve!
