1:30 P.M. Sunday April 12. There were two black men, one was older and there was another one but he was a teenager, he was fine. But the older one had attitude, we didn’t say anything to him but ask him where something was and started blaming me and my partner about something that was already knocked down. Bad customer service from him, grown man with a beard acting like a child.

In the midst of a very frustrating morning dealing with ice etc., Cornelius was absolutely great. His professional approach and willingness to help me purchase the right items for my car really changed my morning into a great day. Not only did he look up the proper parts but locate them in the store and he also Install the items on my car. I really felt like I should brought him back a Starbucks coffee lol. STAY FAR FROM THIS STORES. Jale at the Knightdale store the young spanish guy very uncouth and disrespectful. Customer service lacks at this location and other I have seen. I bought a batter a couple of years back didn't even last a year bad and defective brought it to the store to have it looked and they admitted that it was defective and replaced it for a small charge because it was under warranty.
