Personally, one of my favorite places to go get parts for my vehicle, they have a wide range of selection. And if by chance they cannot find the part for me, they can either direct me to where I can get it. Or They order it for me. And it usually gets there when they say it's supposed to be there.
I regret not catching the names of the two amazing women that helped me out on Sunday evening because they are angels and were a huge help to me. I went to check my battery and alternator at 7pm before they closed and it just so happened that my alternator was not working. I tried to leave to get home and my car just turned off at the stop sign. My recent experience at this Advance Auto location was so frustrating that I felt compelled to say something. I came in needing help with a basic part, and unfortunately, I had to deal with an employee named Cornelius. From the start, he was dismissive, unhelpful, and downright rude.
