I stop by a number of auto parts store in the area. I stopped this one the other day for the first time. It was a pleasure to deal with the staff. They were professional, friendly and it made my visit a very pleasant experience. I will absolutely stop by this store every chance I get or if I need something. They were great.
Melissa and nick are the best customer service ive ever worked with. Very fast, efficient, nice people who helped me the entire way with a battery installation. Wouldnt recommend another location in the hampton roads area.
Mel helped me test and exchange my battery for me. She was super helpful and informed me that my old battery had battery acid on it too. Very helpful and in a good mood compared to the oreillys down the street.
This has been my go-to auto parts store for several years. The Poquosen team always provides great service.
