MELISSA IS AMAZING. FRIENDLY, KIND, SUPER CHEERFUL AND HELPFUL! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was on the hunt for car detailing SUPER CLEARANCE deals that have been posted on recent FB groups. I went to Advanced Auto Parts to buy a new car battery, and I’m really disappointed with the service I received. The battery I was going to purchase did not require professional installation—it was a simple, standard drop-in replacement that I could have easily installed myself. However, when I asked for their help with the quick install (something most auto parts stores are usually happy to do), they refused.
