I'm a big fan of writing great reviews. I try to be understanding when I get less than expected service. Today I was trying to return a new battery, I was greeted pleasantly and the associate even directed me to the closest register as this thing is heavy. He ran a few tests on it and it passed. I explained I never used it because the car has bigger issues.
