Awesome service! Ken was very welcoming, I went there in need of windshield wipers and left with a lot more knowledge about my first car; he installed my wipers and taught me where all the different car fluids go.
I am from NC and visiting my family here in Norfolk. Kenneth was listed on my receipt as the person who assisted me. I went to get a battery tested and open to buy a new battery if needed. My dad, son and sister walked in the store with me. I told Kenneth what I needed; he states "yall can go out and get the battery". I've had batteries tested at other places and I have never had to bring my battery into the store, the associate took the cart to my car and I placed the battery into the cart, but whatever.
