Bad service from the employees. I was asking for the managers name and nobody told me. I called customer service and Wendy from the 1-800 told me that if they gave such bad service why didn't I go to another store that isn't advance auto... go and shop in the a store that's competition... now I prefer O'reilly and eBay hahaha
