This has been the best experience ever woke up to a dead Battery 😌 placed online order was ready for pick up asap/ready when arrived to store 🙂was able to go on lunch break and was out of there in 15 minutes with an express installation.😎This has been my best parts store experience ever. The person who helped me here was extremely rude. I hope the owners take action regarding this type of person who doesn't know how to serve customers—it was a white man with a beard; the women were fine.
Stopped in because my brake light was out. Staff was very helpful. Wigs was able to get the light I needed and help show me how to replace it.
My friend and I went there knowing her battery was dead in her truck and the manager was rude, disrespectful, and caused her to cry with his blatant stupidity. He demanded the problem was the starter not knowing we already knew it was the battery. He refused to assist in any way being argumentative and bullying towards us. I will be calling corporate because how did he become manager with this attitude. Learn some service and treat people with respect or dont work in retail. Shame on this individual.
