Yesterday, I visited your location to purchase a battery charger because my car had stopped working. I asked the sales associate if the charger came pre-charged, and he assured me it did - not once, but twice. However, when I got to my car and tried to use it, I discovered it wasn't charged at all. I immediately returned to the store to inform the associate of the mistake. I’ve had very bad experiences in this store. Bad customer service, they just sell anything, and don’t care if that work for your car or not. Please be aware of it, if you are not an expert they won’t explain anything to you or help you out to find what you need for your car.
