I was in a hurry, the shop was replacing my bearings and realized I needed brake pads. They said if I could have them up their in the next 10 minutes they wouldn't charge me for labor. I called ahead and spoke with Michael. He had them waiting for me and out the door in less than a minute. Thank you Michael.
