Luis was very helpful after running the test on batter and, even though, the machine said my battery was good, he listened to my concerns about what was going on with my car. He then tried to charge the battery for me and discovered it wouldn’t take a charge. He replaced my battery in the hot sun. I would recommend this location because of Luis.
Very disappointed with my experience at this Advance Auto Parts location. I purchased brake pads from another Advance Auto Parts store and came here simply to return them because the original store made a mistake with the charge. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the staff refused the return, would not even call the Leesburg store to verify the mistake, and treated me very disrespectfully. Love this store and service provided! Luis is awesome!!
Came to store while they had 8 minutes to close. Buddy closed door in my face and said "systems shut down for night". Had walked in for a simple online pick up too. Dont say you close at 9pm and have "systems shut off", and kicking people out by 8:52. EDIT - Walked in the next day and was just showered woth professional and excellent customer service. Completely melted the frustration of the prior experience.
