There is an Autozone that shares a parking lot with this location. Do yourself a huge favor and just go there instead. This stores staff is incredibly unprofessional. They acted like I wasn’t even then when I walked in. Someone walked in a minute after I was standing at the counter, called out to a guy in the back in Spanish, and the employee started helping him right away. we got a battery and it's defective and the manager refuses to exchange although is under warranty. My mechanic tested, Pep Boys tested it and both say is the battery
This is the worse to go the peoples who work they do Not care about customer bad attitude and ruder. Yesterday was my last day buyer at the store. Never go again here. No honoran las garantias.
