Received email offering 20% off online order. Placed order online (item was over $300), entered code and did not receive discount. When picking item up, the glitch when ordering on their website was explained to employee, and her response was it was "only for online orders" which it was. Item had been ordered and paid for online the night before. Poor customer service. Feel like this is a scam! Very disappointed in Advance Auto Parts. No integrity.
