Very good. I'd actually called the night before. Said they'd have to order the parts, but needed to see my truck first. But they actually had the parts. So I'll be able to fix it tomorrow or Wednesday.

Sean was excellent. My battery is located in the back of the trunk and makes it very difficult to install. Sean was patient, even though he had several other customers, and was running around helping everyone at the same time!
