I called to report neglect and abuse of a disabled young adult. It is a very sad situation and her Father is fraudulently using her Disability check and does not take care of her . He is abusive to her and neglects her physical needs and puts her at risk by leaving her unattended! There is more involved , but I can not post It here.APS is Not willing to get involved or help her It was just a waste of time .
