Extremely friendly and compassionate
I liked the atmosphere of the modern office and the professionalism of the medical staff. They were very knowledgeable about the reoccurring folliculitis I suffer from. I hope to receive laser treatments from UMass.
Friendly and professional. Took the time needed to listen. Kim (MA) was warm and welcoming. Good eye contact and did not make me feel rushed.
