Everyone was really nice and helpful. Amy has pretty handwriting, at least I think that was her name, so legible, the words, crazy stuff. Building had long ominous hallways, and the place felt so sterile I couldn't use the bathroom out of fear the janitor would be summoned like a secret boss and smite me for leaving germs in the toilet. Overall pretty good expirience.
Extremely friendly and compassionate
I liked the atmosphere of the modern office and the professionalism of the medical staff. They were very knowledgeable about the reoccurring folliculitis I suffer from. I hope to receive laser treatments from UMass.
Friendly and professional. Took the time needed to listen. Kim (MA) was warm and welcoming. Good eye contact and did not make me feel rushed.
