He was fine, but the wife at the front desk had no personality, the feeling I got was that all they cared about was how they were getting paid, I asked if they accept my insurance and she had no idea, she wouldn’t even check for me. that’s all I have to say about that.
Horrible office, billed for an hour, spent 20 minutes at the most with the md. Overcharged me over $70.00 then I had to fight to get a refund. Finally refunded all but $2.00 after my insurance got involved. (Why not just give me the correct amount?). How pathetic. I wouldn’t be surprised if the charity collection for Africa at the front desk is used for their lunch money. Only positive is that CNN was on the tv in the waiting area.
Today was my initial visit, so their was a great deal of fact gathering. He asked pertinent questions and listened to me with great care. My mother was allowed to go in with me but she could not answer questions that were hard for me. I found him impressive and knowledgeable and he took a great deal of notes. His plan involves not a quick fix, but instead a forensic diagnosis of my past medical history, medications, and daily living. I look forward to our next visit which I find unusual.
Very good menthol state doctor take time with his patients and very quiet personality. He is very good at what he dose I would recommend him to all my friends. God bless him and hope he will be here for a very long time.
Dr. Adu is the best doctor I have ever known for making himself available when you have an urgent need to see him. He is very professional, patient and communicates well. Dr. Adu is a very skilled listener and picks up on things that you may not realize are important. I am surprised that he has an average of 3 stars; I would expect he would have 4 or 5 stars.
I like that Dr Adu, he was there for me today as a walk in, a very kind and concerned doctor, and his wife is very kind at the desk she helped me also, thank you
Dr. Adu has been my Dr for many years and it great.
Our car broke down on the day of the appointment, and when asked to reschedule (we live an hour and a half away) we we're told a firm, "No. If you miss an appointment you cannot reschedule with us." I'm glad because I would not see this doctor after that.
Wife is receptionist and very disrespectful. Treats you like you are lower than her. He also cares about you only insofar as he can get your money.
