This review is not for adt security. Its for att internet. But every time i post it. It changes. Incompetent and illiterate! They didn't even bury the line properly and then wanted to charge me 100 to fix this! They failed to do it properly the first time, why should I have to pay for their laziness.
Techs left while I was unavailable to use the internet and three months later it's still not working throughout my house
AT&T allowed an incorrect address to be added to my account causing my account information to get mailed to a criminal. That person stole my identity as used my internet account to commit a crime and cost me over $20,000 and nearly got me a 7 year prison sentence for a crime someone else committed. If I had the option of another isp, I would take anyone In a heartbeat. Trash service if you ask me.
