Do not recommend this company to any one! They have the worst customer service ever! And for a security company you shouldn’t have to worry about any of this. I wouldnt trust this company to make sure nothing happens in my store. Worst decision I have ever made.

This company hires people who lie and do not care about helping the customer. My husband and I have spent over 50 hours on the phone with ADT from June 23rd to today, July 31st. The same issue we have been calling about for over a month, is still not resolved. We wanted to transfer ADT service to our new home. However, after over a month of attempts, the self setup home hub kit that was sent to us at our new home is still not able to be set up. ADT is the most dishonest company I have ever done business with. They also own a company called Defenders. It’s a “license distributor/vendor” they use as their thugs to do their dirty work and then claim it wasn’t them. The majority of ADT clients have absolutely NO idea that it wasn’t ADT that installed their system and have to find out the hard way. I know, I’m sure it’s hard to believe.
