A storm knocked out power to my house. When power came back online, it fried our system. 1. ADT didn't call me to tell me that the system was down. 2. When I told them that the system was down, it took them 2 weeks to come to my house to tell me that it would cost $1300 to fix the system. 3. When I canceled the service, they charged me a breakup fee. 4. When I complained about them stealing money from me without service, they said it was in the contract and on me to pay for no service. NEVER USE ADT!
Do not recommend this company to any one! They have the worst customer service ever! And for a security company you shouldn’t have to worry about any of this. I wouldnt trust this company to make sure nothing happens in my store. Worst decision I have ever made.

This company hires people who lie and do not care about helping the customer. My husband and I have spent over 50 hours on the phone with ADT from June 23rd to today, July 31st. The same issue we have been calling about for over a month, is still not resolved. We wanted to transfer ADT service to our new home. However, after over a month of attempts, the self setup home hub kit that was sent to us at our new home is still not able to be set up.
